Support & Hot-Line


In case you need more assistance than the one provided by the diagnosis and the machine interface recommandations, a hotline is courteously available from 8am to 8pm (Paris time) and on scheduled RDV program if needed.


Our engineers ensure the commissioning and training of your teams. They are highly skilled and involved in your success. They can assist you if necessary in your first productions.


We provide your teams with training tailored to your needs. In addition to this training, we provide a very detailed documentation in our machine interface and very soon training videos, which will allow you to remember some parts of the initial training.


We can also provide preventive maintenance to ensure the best productivity of your packaging line.

Spare Parts

We stock spare parts and common wear parts to meet your needs in the shortest possible time.

Filling center

If your forecasts do not allow you to invest now in an OGW packaging line, we can put you in touch with the nearest “Filling Center”  so that it offers you a service of bottling your own Products.
